What we do

Every engagement is quoted as a flat fee after we review your documents. No hourly surprises.

Why we exist

Your return is
a year of your life.

Not a number in a queue.
We read every document, ask the questions software doesn't,
and explain what we found in plain English —
so April feels like any other month.

How we work

Flat fees

Quoted in writing after we see your documents, before any work begins.

Secure portal

Upload documents and sign forms through an encrypted client portal — never by plain email.

The same person works on your file each year and knows your history.

"For years I dreaded tax season. Now I upload my documents in February, get a call explaining everything, and I'm done. It's the calmest part of my year."

Common questions

How are your fees set?

By the forms and schedules your situation requires, not by the hour. After a short intake call and a look at last year's return, we send a flat-fee quote. If something new comes up mid-engagement, we tell you before doing extra work.

Are you a CPA firm?

No. We're an independent tax-preparation and accounting practice. Every preparer holds an IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). We don't perform audits or attest work, and for full IRS representation we partner with an Enrolled Agent.

Can you work with me remotely?

Yes. Many clients never visit the office: documents go through our secure portal, we review by phone or video, and you sign electronically.

Do you file prior-year or late returns?

Yes. We regularly help people catch up on several years of unfiled returns, starting with the years the IRS is most likely to ask about.
